In this role, covering the UK and EU region, and based in or near London, you will identify, cultivate and convert new prospects into clients, based on your relationships with other professionals in the finance, accounting and business industry. This may include such as benefits brokers, bankers, accountants, attorneys, and HR professional and existing clients. This will provide great exposure to companies across different industries, size and scope of requirements. Senior Payroll Advisory (Cupertino, CA)

Position: Senior Payroll Advisor                                                            Reference: JD 17: OP-01

Function: Operations

Type: Full-time or Part-time. Part time requires 16 to 24 hours a week

 

In this client-facing role, based in our Cupertino headquarters, you will have the opportunity to work with companies across different industries, size and scope of requirements. It is a dynamic role that provides excellent learning and career development opportunities. Some travel within the Bay area to client locations may be required from time to time.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage the process of the collection, calculation, and entering of data for client’s payroll

 

  • Verify and updates payroll records for changes in employee payroll information

  • Familiarity with ADP Run and ADP WorkForce Now is preferred

 

  • Knowledge of Payroll compliance requirements, e.g., new hire documentation and on-boarding and off-boarding procedures

 

  • Pleasant personality with strong “customer-service” mindset and communication skills

 

  • 4 to 7 years or more experience is preferred, but we will be open to meet with candidates with qualifications or experience outside of this range

Senior Staff Accountant / Office Administrator (Cupertino, CA)

Position: Senior Staff Accountant / Office Administrator                                                             Reference: JD 17: FA-01

Function: Finance and Administration

Type: Full-time

 

In this role, based in our Cupertino headquarters, you will be our senior staff accountant and office administrator, primarily responsible for supporting monthly financial close, billings and payments processes and as an assistant to the CEO. Although this role largely supports internal accounting and finance, you may also be required to interact with clients and vendors of Blueback Global monthly.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly invoicing activities for a portfolio of clients

 

  • Work with international partners to ensure timely and accurate payments and accruals

 

  • Prepare payment vouchers and set up payments for timely wire transfers

 

  • Proactively work with the operations and sales teams in responding to client needs

 

  • Assist the Accounting Manager with monthly financial close process

 

  • Special projects based upon the needs of the accounting and operations department

 

  • Administer the Company’s time-reporting system and engagement management system, including timely set up of engagement codes, and reconcile timesheets to client billings

 

  • Assistant to the CEO

 

  • Office administrator, e.g., record keeping of client engagement letters and vendor contracts, overall office management
